Yes, all our devices are 100% genuine products. Each pen comes with a unique verification QR code or serial number that can be authenticated on the manufacturer's official website.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used devices or opened needle cartridges.
Do the devices come with a warranty?
Every Dr Pen device purchased through our store includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering any functional defects or mechanical failures.

How do I know which needle cartridge to use?
